Purchasing Artwork

All artworks listed as "Available" are offered subject to prior sale. While we strive to keep the inventory updated in real-time, an inquiry does not guarantee reservation. A work is considered "Reserved" only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment.

Payment Methods

We accept payments via secure bank transfer (Wire/SWIFT) or major credit cards through our invoicing partners. Cryptocurrency payments may be arranged upon request for select works. Title to the artwork passes to the buyer only upon full receipt of cleared funds.

Certificates of Authenticity

Every original painting is accompanied by a physical, signed Certificate of Authenticity (COA) and a secure digital provenance record. This document is vital for insurance and future valuation.

Global Shipping

We ship worldwide using specialized fine art logistics partners (e.g., DHL Art, FedEx, or private couriers). Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, size, and weight of the crated artwork and are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise negotiated.

Insurance & Duties

All shipments are fully insured door-to-door. International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import taxes levied by their country.

Returns & Damage

Due to the unique nature of fine art, all sales are final. However, in the rare event of transit damage, please document the packaging and artwork immediately upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours to initiate an insurance claim.

Artist Rights

Saravanan Chockalingam retains all copyright and reproduction rights to the artwork, even after the physical original has been sold. Purchasing a painting grants you the right to own and display the physical work, but not to reproduce, scan, mint as NFT, or create merchandise from the image without explicit written permission.

Media Usage

Collectors are encouraged to share photos of the artwork in their space on social media, provided credit is given to the artist.
